Soft Play Rules and Regs for Your Booking!
Booking
The best way to book your event is to use our booking form here. You may also call 941-685-8872 or email Info@TheKidsPartyCo.com with any questions.
At least one (1) hour is needed for both set up and break down of your event space. Delivery time will be approximately 1 hour prior to your event start time. Pick up time will typically be at the agreed upon end time of your event, the same day as we dropped the equipment off.
We start drop offs at 9am. Last pick up time is 7:00pm. A later time can be arranged for an additional fee.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a $150 deposit will be required to secure your requested date. Your event date is not confirmed or held without a deposit. This deposit will be held for up to 72 hours after your event to allow us to asses the equipment for damage or loss. The rental fee for your party will be due seven (7) days prior to your event.
If booking is less than seven (7) days prior to the party date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please send an email to Info@TheKidsPartyCo.com or call 941-876-8477. Cancellations will not be confirmed via website contact form. Cancellations eight (8) days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than seven (7) or fewer days prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will result in the loss of your final payment, we will allow you to reschedule your date within a 90 day time frame.
Weather Conditions
Due to Florida’s unexpected and constantly changing weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel an event if the chances of rain are over 30% and the party host is unable to find an indoor area for us to install the soft play area. Should this happen on the day of your event, a KPC associate will work with you on a solution suitable to all parties. If you are absolutely not able to hold your party indoors, a refund will be given; minus your deposit. We will allow you to put the deposit towards a booking on another date within 90 days.
Please be aware that our equipment can become quite hot in the direct sunlight. Events being held outdoors are strongly encouraged to book our canopy tent for shading the equipment to keep it comfortable for the little ones to climb on.
