We offer Soft Play Party Rentals in the Tampa Bay Area – to include Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Parrish, Ellenton, and Palmetto. If you are outside of these areas please contact us to determine if we can deliver to you.
Please complete the form below to reserve your event date. We will contact you to confirm the date is available and send you our contract for your party. Please note that we add 7% tax to each package upon booking. A $150 deposit is required for all reservations – *see contract for cancellation clause. The deposit will be held for up to 72 hours after your event to allow us time to inspect the equipment for damages or loss. The deposit will be refunded if no loss or damage is assessed.

Confirmation
Bookings are not confirmed until a refundable deposit of $150 has been received. This deposit is not deducted from the price of your rental but *refunded within 72 hours of your party should no loss or damage of equipment be assessed. *See the Cancellation policy regarding refund of this deposit and cancellations.
Duration
Soft Play Rentals: Each package is a 3 hour rental. Additional hours may be added when available for an additional $55 per hour.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your event to prevent losing all fees paid. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ but more than 8 days notice will result in the loss of the $150 deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will lose all fees paid to date of cancellation. In addition, no refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions, but can be transferred to a booking on another date within 90 days. We strongly suggest that you have an indoor option in case of rain.
Equipment Delivery & Pickup: Delivery is free up to 10 miles from our address: 15 Paradise Plaza, Suite 341, Sarasota, FL 34239. Delivery from 11-20 miles is $35 and 21-35 miles is $55, 36-55 miles is $75 and 56-75 miles is $95 . We deliver from Sarasota to Tampa and everywhere in between! Contact us if you are outside our delivery area for delivery charge.
Please ensure all party supplies, gifts, food, toys, etc you’ve put out have been removed from our equipment area at the time of pick up. Equipment shall not be returned in an extremely dirty condition as deemed by The Kids Party Co. at the time of pick up or an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on the damage assessed by an officer of The Kids Party Co. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit taken to secure your rental. The credit card on file will be charged for damaged or missing/stolen equipment at an appropriate amount, i.e. cost of repair or replacement., a receipt will be provided.
